User Responsibilities
Users of Black Aroma agree to adhere to all terms and conditions set forth in this document. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and restricting access to their account. Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account, including any purchases made. It is imperative that users provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and update their information as necessary to ensure its accuracy.
Furthermore, users agree not to use the Black Aroma website for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to unauthorized access to our systems or engaging in fraudulent transactions. Violation of these responsibilities may result in termination of access and legal action.
Product Availability and Pricing
At Black Aroma, we strive to maintain an accurate inventory and pricing of all our designer fragrances. However, availability of products and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products purchased and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product(s). If a user’s credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the charge.
